Power Animal Workshop

The concept of Power Animals comes from the Shaman traditions and can be sourced from most countries of the world. Just like having a Guardian Angel and Spirit Guides we also have power animals that help us on our life path.
We begin this workshop exploring the character traits we need the most help with in this life time and match those with animal characteristics to try to ascertain which group of animals may be helping us with our present circumstances.
Participants in the day will learn about shape shifting through a meditation taken from Celtic origins and by the end of the day will have been introduced to their own power animal.
The cost per workshop is £25.00 and a simple lunch is provided.
